Can I get my money back? 🔗
Yes, on the sole condition that you have not downloaded any files. Logs are kept on the server side to find out who downloaded what, and will be used to resolve any disputes with PayPal.
Can I cancel my subscription? 🔗
Of course! You can do whatever you want to: cancel your subscription at any time, there is absolutely no restriction, and I won't be made at you. You can also do a one-time payment subscription to have access to dictionary files for one month.
I do not like PayPal, do you have an alternative payment solution? 🔗
Always! First of all, if you are a Patron, please contact me. Secondly, I also accept crypto-currency transfers.
What is the update frequency? 🔗
Dictionaries will be updated after each Wiktionary export. Those exports happen twice a month (the 1st, and the 20th). Several days later, when all exports will be completed, files will be updated.
